How do I top up balance?

Step 1

To top up balance, go to the following page: https://dash.hosmatic.com/balance

Step 2

At "Top up balance", enter the amount you want to top up and press "Top up now".

Step 3

On the next page, select your payment method, then press "Top up now" or cancel. You can also transfer, just transfer the given data, the recharge may take some time.

Step 4

Once you have pressed "Top up now", you will be redirected to the portal of the respective provider. Enter your payment information there and confirm it. After that you will be redirected back.

Step 5

After the payment has been confirmed, the balance will be credited within the next few minutes. If the balance is not added, please contact our support.
