How to create a ticket

**Step 1

Go to our control panel and open the category "Tickets".

**Step 2

Click on "Create Ticket"

**Step 3

In the "Subject" field, enter a short keyword for your problem and if it is related to a product, you can select a product in the field below. In the "Message" field you can specify your problem in detail and our team members will help you with it.
