Dear customers, It has been quiet around Hosmatic for a long time, and many of you may have been concerned. Today, we unfortunately have some sad news to share: We will be discontinuing Hosmatic's operations on October 31, 2025. This is primarily due to financial reasons that make it impossible for us to continue operating Hosmatic. Many of you probably still have questions, so we will address some of them here: - What will happen to my web space/root server/mail server/game server/Discord bot? We will deactivate the renewal option on October 1, so the services will expire in October. The services can be renewed once more in September. - What will happen to my domain? The customer portal will remain online for customers until the last domain has expired or been transferred. An auth code can be easily generated via the customer portal. However, renewal is no longer possible. - Will the customer portal be available for download/purchase? No, our customer portal will not be made available for download. - Which provider do we recommend continuing to use after Hosmatic ends? There is no easy answer to this question.
