Create MTR

The programme WinMTR can be downloaded from SourceFourge and works as a portable application: https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/

To create an MTR, please proceed as followed:

Step 1 Enter the address/IP of the product (in this example Webhost 01) and then click Start.

Step 2 Now go to "Export TEXT" and save the .txt file. Then upload it to the ticket.
